  Beautiful, spacious, has everything we needed and more. Katie was so helpful and easy to deal with. The booking was easy to manage and we felt really well taken care of. The property was great for our group and the beds were super comfy.

  Highly recommended. Fantastic accom for a family getaway. Lots to do: pool, spa, pool table, TV in every shared area, boardgames, books, large open deck. Beautiful sunset from deck. Big, well-equipped kitchen with service bench opening out to deck. Good sized fridge and freezer. 2 BBQs available. Ample parking for guests. Comfortable bed. Supplied with soft and firm pillows, complemented by soft sheets, duvet and towels. Water pressure is poor. Pool filter/pump (?) is noisy. Nice area for a walk: about 2.5 km to the end of the street and back.

  Very well equipped and comfortable house for entertaining. Pleasant change to go a property that if it sleeps 20, has more than enough glasses, crockery etc for everyone. Very well thought out and stocked house. Highly recommend!

  All I can say is WOW! What a fantastic property. 23 school Mums all going away to have a break from Mum life and we all couldn’t be happier. From lounging around the pool to socialising around the enormous table, this house is absolutely made for big groups. There is enough of everything to cater for everyone which is always hard to find. The property was immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy too. We hired a coach one of the days and did a tour of the wineries which we all soooo close which meant less time travelling and more time enjoy each place we visited. We got to hear the lions roar as the sunset and rose. It truely was amazing to hear. Our group loved the property so much we are planning a winter getaway soon. Although the pool in summer is amazing, the fireplaces in winter will be just as beautiful.

  We were lucky enough to have Katie and the team at Hunter Valley Holiday Homes look after us for our corporate retreat. They helped us fit 28 people individually and we still had so much space to move around! The amenities were fantastic. Our favourite by far was the Bison Den which was great for everyone hanging out together playing ping pong and pool. The kitchen was so spacious - we could still cook for all 28 for every meal without ever having to worry about not having enough room. The Concierge team helped us organise a wine tour and yoga for one of the mornings which were both such an experience. We could hear the lions and monkeys when we were out on the deck for our early morning yoga session. Highly recommended - great for big groups!
